Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients, pitch digital advertising solutions, and contribute to revenue growth.Key Responsibilities- Identify and target potential clients in sectors like education, healthcare, real estate, BFSI, and e-commerce. - Build a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound lead follow-ups. - Understand client requirements and present tailored digital advertising solutions (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, SEO, etc.). - Collaborate with internal strategy and delivery teams to create high-impact proposals and media plans. - Conduct competitive analysis, pricing negotiations, and pitch presentations. - Maintain CRM hygiene, weekly reporting, and revenue tracking. - Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.Key Requirements- 2+ years of experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency. - Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and marketing KPIs. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to pitch confidently to CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers. - Self-starter with strong organizational and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar (preferred).
