Job Title: Account Director - B2B brandsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Brand Services professional to lead end-to-end management of purpose-driven, psychology-led brand projects. The role requires strategic thinking, strong client leadership, creative oversight, and the ability to translate behavioural science into clear, impactful brand communication.Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of brand projects—from brief, strategy, and solution development to execution. - Work on initiatives rooted in behavioural psychology and emotional well-being; translate academic frameworks into structured, audience-friendly content. - Lead B2B and B2C client relationships, with a strong focus on integrated, cross-platform campaign delivery. - Collaborate with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Media, Tech, Production) and external partners to ensure seamless execution. - Oversee scoping, timelines, SOWs, budgets, WIPs, presentations, and project documentation. - Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and proactively craft solutions. - Conduct research and insight mining to power idea-led thinking. - Develop case studies and contribute to account growth.Requirements- Experience managing consumer and B2B brands within advertising, digital, or creative agencies. - Proven experience handling B2B clients for integrated campaigns is essential. - Strong proficiency in presentation building, strategic articulation, and content/copy writing. - Ability to manage multiple projects with detail orientation and a big-picture lens. - Familiarity with behavioural or positive psychology frameworks is a strong advantage. - Academic or applied background in psychology preferred.
