Our C-Tech package offers complete design, engineering, equipment supply, and automation, supported by technologies like MBR, MABR, fibre disc filters, UF membranes, and CCRO.Headquartered in Navi Mumbai with offices in Europe, we also run a 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Chakan and a membrane unit in Czechia.Role Definition:The Automation Engineer (PLC Programmer) will develop and implement PLC–SCADA–HMI programs, support onsite commissioning, troubleshoot automation issues, and ensure reliable plant operation across project sites in India. The role requires strong programming skills, coordination with cross-functional teams, and adherence to safety, quality, and project standards.Experience2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, PLC–SCADA programming, and plant commissioning.Minimum QualificationsDiploma / B.E. in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics & Telecommunication EngineeringKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop PLC–SCADA–HMI programs as per control philosophy using platforms such as TIA Portal, Simatic Manager, Studio 5000, GX Works, WinCC, FTView, and Iconics, ensuring robust logic design, interlocks, and functional sequencing. Execute PLC–SCADA–HMI commissioning across project sites, perform PLC I/O loop checks, instrument calibration, MCC wiring verification, and validate automation logic for smooth plant start-up Maintain program backups, test reports, and version control, and review project documentation such as I/O lists, panel layouts, and cable schedules. Coordinate with PLC–SCADA vendors for software/hardware and technical support, review technical offers and data sheets, and collect site inputs to update automation logic.
