Perform device installation, user training, and customer onboarding. Handle customer complaints, troubleshooting, breakdown calls, and preventive maintenance. Maintain key documentation such as installation reports, daily activity reports, and customer feedback. Manage Salesforce ticketing, dashboard monitoring, and service-related updates. Promote products to existing and prospective customers. Support NABL-related activities and other tasks assigned by reporting managers.Qualifications and Experience required: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related Life Science field. 1–3 years of experience as an Application Specialist / Technical Support in Diagnostics or Medical Devices (freshers with strong technical skills may also be considered). Hands-on experience with device installation, user training, and troubleshooting is preferred. Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics or laboratory workflows.
