This person will work closely with engineering, SSP/DSP partners, and our Programmatic Lead to build the technical and commercial foundations required for a scaled PG, PMP, and Open Auction programmatic business, as well as defining requirements for our internal campaign management tool. You are not expected to code, but you must know the plumbing well enough to define requirements, evaluate vendors, design integrations, and lead implementation.Responsibilities: 1. Build & Scale Our Programmatic Infrastructure (Business + Product Ownership) Own the roadmap for developing our internal programmatic stack. Identify gaps in current ad delivery, auction flows, and stack capabilities, and define business requirements for engineering. Translate revenue goals into technical product needs (latency, waterfalls, segmentation, bidding pathways).2. Partner-Led Integrations & Ecosystem Development Leaddirect integrationswith SSPs, DSPs, data partners, and measurement vendors. Evaluate and onboard platforms like PubMatic, Magnite, Index, OpenX, and similar. Set up deal structures, supply packages, and audience frameworks with partners. Work with engineering to ensure API readiness, latency controls, and technical enablement.3. Campaign Management Tool Manage the Internal campaign management Tool. Define requirements for end to end demand management.4. Support PG, PMP & Open Auction Growth Work with the Programmatic Lead to design: PMP deal templates Preferred deals PG execution flow Supply segmentation (cohorts, genres, session behavior, device types). Architects supply paths that make it easier for DSPs to activate and scale spends.5. Internal Stakeholder Leadership Act as the business owner for programmatic tech and integrations: Write PRDs Work with engineering to prioritize and build Validate releases Run A/B tests with ad decisioning logic Bridge gaps between Sales, Product, Ad Ops, Engineering, and external partners.6. Vendor & Marketplace Management Evaluate new vendors (SSPs, CMPs, CDPs, DMPs, brand safety). Build documentation, playbooks, and internal enablement materials.Experience: Domain Expertise 3–5 years in programmatic operations, programmatic product, supply-side strategy, or ad platform/tech solutions roles.Deep understanding of: Indian programmatic ecosystem SSP/DSP behaviors Deal ID workflows (PMP/PG/Preferred/Open Auction) Programmatic infrastructure and ad-server logic Inventory packaging, DSP supply paths, and monetisation levers Managing campaign management tools.Product + Business Skills Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Strong PRD writing, feature scoping, and sprint planning exposure. Comfortable running UAT, validating integrations, and working on roadmap alignment.Analytical Ability Strong command over data, reporting, and optimization. Ability to run supply diagnostics, latency analysis, QPS evaluations, and revenue-impact modelling.Soft Skills Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, ad ops, and partners. Clear communicator who can explain complex ad tech concepts simply.
