Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a BIM Architect. In this role, the BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. They will also coordinate with design and construction teams to produce accurate submittals and ensure compliance with design standards. Regular collaboration with project stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of architectural projects is a key responsibility.Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and creation of accurate Architectural Drawings Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings Experience in preparing and reviewing Submittals Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Excellent organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) is required Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is advantageous Prior experience in managing large-scale architectural projects is a plus Prior experience in managing Airport and Healthcare projects is a plus
