Today, we're operating at a 200 Cr ARR and scaling fast.As we expand across India, launch new stores, and roll out fresh collections weekly, we're reimagining what modern ethnic wear can look and feel like inclusive, comfortable, stylish, and accessible.Join us on this journey of building a house of lifestyle brands.About the RoleWe’re looking for a passionate Back End Developer with a strong foundation in Python and experience in building scalable backend systems for high-traffic applications. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of D2C or e-commerce platforms and can work across the stack to build performant and user-centric digital experiences.Roles and Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask). - Build, document, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs. - Work with relational and non-relational databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB. - Manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.). - Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability. - Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies. - Translate business needs (especially around e-commerce post order flows like checkout, payment, order management, etc.) into scalable tech solutions.Key Qualifications & Skills- 4-6 years of experience as a backend developer with a strong backend focus. - Strong academic background — graduates from Tier-1 institutes (IIT, IIM, ISB, NIFT, NID, NIT, etc.) preferred. - Proficient in Python (Django, FastAPI, etc.). - Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB. - Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure best practices. - Familiarity with e-commerce. - Strong debugging, optimization, and system design skills.
