Join us!Job Title:Head – India Shared ServicesJob Purpose: The Head – India Shared Services oversees the end-to-end operations of the India Shared Services Center (SSC), ensuring delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and alignment with global standards. This role acts as a bridge between global leadership, regional entities, and SSC delivery teams — managing performance, workforce planning, and service quality across all functions based in India.Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:Oversee day-to-day SSC delivery across all service lines (e.g., bookkeeping, accounting, tax, support functions), ensuring output meets defined quality standards. Performance & Governance:Track and review KPIs (productivity, efficiency, quality, cost), ensuring adherence to the governance and reporting cadence. Workforce Planning & Resourcing:Partner with Regional teams and HR to align headcount plans, manage hiring cycles, and balance workload. People Management:Lead, coach, and mentor department managers and supervisors; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Process Excellence:Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow optimizations to drive efficiency. Cross-Regional Coordination:Serve as the most senior liaison to regional and global teams, supporting alignment on strategy, service delivery, and shared initiatives. Compliance & Controls:Ensure adherence to internal policies, data protection, and local employment regulations. Reporting & Reviews:Lead India’s contribution to Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MFRs/QBRs), providing updates on staffing, capacity, and performance.Required Qualifications Minimum12+ years of experiencein shared services, BPO operations, or financial service delivery; at least5 years in a leadership capacity. Strong understanding of SSC operating models, local fulfillment strategies, and performance management frameworks. Proven track record of managing multi-function delivery teams and large-scale process improvement initiatives. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Experience working in multinational or cross-cultural environments preferred.
