We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial strategy, planning, and performance management for a fast-growing, profitable marketing & tech-driven organization.The ideal candidate will drive financial insights, strengthen controls, manage investor relations, and support leadership in strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Planning- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in alignment with organizational growth. - Conduct deep financial analysis to support strategic business decisions. - Develop and improve financial models for annual operating plans and budgets. - Build business cases for new initiatives and investment decisions.Financial Reporting & Performance- Prepare and deliver periodic financial reports, MIS dashboards, and performance analytics for internal and external stakeholders. - Compute unit economics, profitability metrics, and identify areas of cost inefficiency or discrepancies. - Ensure timely closure of books, trial balance, and ledger scrutiny.Stakeholder Management- Lead financial meetings with leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams. - Manage investor reporting, fundraising interactions, and serve as the primary finance POC for external stakeholders. - Liaise with venture capitalists, bankers, and investment firms as required.Business Partnership- Work closely with senior leadership to develop financial strategies, forecasts, and growth plans. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of financial data. - Provide insights and recommendations to optimize revenue, improve margins, and increase operational efficiency.Compliance & Controls- Partner with the accounts & compliance team to ensure accurate financial statements. - Strengthen internal controls, compliance processes, and governance.What We’re Looking For- 4–8+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Strategy, or related roles. - Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, MIS, and business analytics. - Experience working with tech, digital marketing, media, or startup environments is a plus. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to interpret numbers, derive insights, and guide strategic decisions.Interested candidates can apply by emailing their resume to: hr@
