It oversees popular intellectual properties such as Smurfs Village, War of Nations, Kingdoms of Camelot, and Kitchen Scramble, which have garnered over 400 million lifetime downloads.Job OverviewThe Live Operations Specialist is expected to be an expert of the game, responsible for planning, creating, releasing, and optimizing all in-game offerings, promotions, and events. The LiveOps Specialist will work directly with the product team, and their key responsibility is to boost monetization and engagement.Roles and Responsibilities- Set up all in-game activities, promotions, offerings, and events - Analyse and report all relevant KPIs regularly - Collaborate with the product team and other relevant stakeholders to define the LiveOps strategy for offerings, promotions, and events - Manage the LiveOps roadmap and own all planning/scheduling activities, both long-term and short-term - Define the communications strategy for every LiveOps activity, conceptualize with the product/design team, work with artists/designers to create assets/content, and manage their in-game display - Improve all LiveOps actions against targets and implement best practicesQualifications- Any bachelor’s degree or equivalent - Excellent analytical skills, strong proficiency with tools, and expertise using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets - Passion for games - Relevant experience in gaming (mobile) will be a plus - Experience in marketing, testing, or as a technical process specialist will be a plus - Basic knowledge of analytical tools or SQL (or any other query language) will be a plusLocation: BangaloreWork Mode:Hybrid Mode
