For FMCG, Auto Components, Bearings, Books, Novels, Competitions Books, Argo Products, Fertilizers, Seeds, Medicine, Tobacco Products.Role DescriptionExec Legal & BP Operations – Brand Protection (JD Summary)The Exec Legal & Brand Protection Operations role involves overseeing your part of the brand security operation:Managing daily operations of the investigation team working with you including but not limited to — site visits, undercover buys, surveillance, raids, and seizures.Acting as a Product Identification Expert to differentiate genuine vs. counterfeit products.Coordinating with Law Enforcement (Police, Customs, DRI) for joint actions.Handling legal processes – obtaining court orders, preparing plaints, drafting legal documents, coordinating civil and criminal actions.Preparing case briefs, evidence, complaints, and reports for ongoing matters.Developing and improving IP management systems and intelligence networks.Supporting clients in planning enforcement actions and providing product verification and intelligence.Training investigative staff based on operational needs.Monitoring budgets, invoices, and financial tracking related to IP projects.Coordinating multi-city fieldwork while ensuring timelines, accuracy, and project profitability.Overall:The Exec Legal & Brand Protection Operations role is a combination of legal expertise, investigation leadership, operations management, and client servicing, with the goal of protecting the client’s brand from counterfeiting and IP violations
