The creative designer team thrives on extensive research and trend analysis to deliver innovative collections from concept to final product.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Designer role based in Chennai. The Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative designs for apparel collections, conducting trend research, collaborating with other teams for product development, and executing designs with precision. The role involves working closely with production teams to ensure high-quality execution and contributing to fabric selection, pattern development, and quality control processes. R&D for all aspects of designing in men/ women's wear categories and creating/presenting relevant collections to multiple customers for fabrics, style, graphics, print, wash, treatment, finishing each seasonQualifications- Strong skills in garment design, pattern creation, and technical drawing - Experience in trend analysis, market research, and creative ideation - Ability to work with fabric R&D, explore new applications, washes, and finishes - Work hands-on with the embroidery, printing surface applications across all categories - To prepare & present collections to customers as per the customer's direction through relevant means each season - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop - Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills - Previous experience in the apparel or fashion industry is advantageous - Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
