DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and creative Events & Podcast Marketing Lead to plan, execute, and optimize both physical/virtual events spanning product launches, clinical workshops, webinars, symposiums, partner events, and exhibitions and podcast initiatives. He/She owns the complete lifecycle — planning, execution, budgeting, lead generation, and ROI. This role integrates strategy, operations, and creative execution to make every event a measurable success. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools for event promotion, attendee engagement, content creation, and performance analytics, ensuring every event & delivers measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities- Own the complete events calendar — including physical trade shows, webinars, workshops, and promotional events for both products & services. - Plan and execute events aligned with Taevas’ marketing and sales strategy. - Develop and manage the company’s podcast program, including guest identification, content planning, recording, and distribution. - Develop the annual event budget, allocate per event, and ensure ROI tracking. - Build event concepts, agendas, and campaigns aligned with product/service messaging. - Identify and engage with KOLs, partners, or associations to co-host or sponsor events. - Negotiate vendor contracts, sponsorships, and booth setups for major expos (e.g., MEDICA, FIME, AOICON, ISHACON). - Manage pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities end-to-end. - Leverage AI tools for personalized email campaigns, social promotion, and targeted attendee outreach. - Work closely with Content & Design teams for branding, booth visuals, and collaterals. - Coordinate with Social Media team for digital pre-event buzz and post-event highlights. - Liaise with Website & SEO teams for event pages, registrations, and analytics. - Track logistics, shipments, and event material through FlowGate (Supply Chain). - Oversee lead capture, scanning, and follow-up workflows through the CRM or event apps. - Track key performance metrics for every event — attendance, leads, cost per lead, partner conversions, and post-event ROI. - Submit detailed event reports including feedback, financial summary, and business outcomes. - Continuously evaluate and improve event formats, partnerships, and content engagement.Skills & Competencies- Proven experience in event management (medical, tech, or B2B industries preferred). - Strong understanding of lead funnel management and event marketing integration. - Excellent vendor negotiation, coordination, and multitasking skills. - Strong analytical ability to measure cost efficiency and ROI. - Creative and detail-oriented — able to translate business goals into event experiences. - Experience with AI tools for marketing, content creation, and analytics
