The candidate should have a good understanding of municipal drawings as per UDCPR and hands-on experience with BPMS systems.Key Responsibilities:• Preparation and submission of architectural drawings for approval through BPMSPlatforms & offline mode.• Coordination and follow-up with Municipal Authorities for building plan approvals, NOCs, and related permissions.• Preparation of municipal drawings as per UDCPR norms and guidelines.• Oversee documentation, compliance, and submission work.• Maintain project records, drawings, and approval status.• Liaison with clients, consultants, and local authorities as required.• Tracing of Municipal drawing of T.P.
