We are seeking a highly skilled Business Central Functional Consultant to optimize and support our Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central environments. In this role, you’ll play a central part in enhancing Finance, Warehouse, and cross-functional workflows—ensuring teams have the tools they need to operate with speed, accuracy, and efficiency. If you excel at translating business needs into smart, scalable ERP solutions, this is your opportunity to help shape the future of Boutiqaat’s operational excellence.What You’ll Be Doing:- Lead functional activities across NAV/Business Central from requirements gathering to configuration, deployment, and support. - Collaborate with Finance, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and other teams to understand operational needs and translate them into system solutions. - Configure, customize, and optimize Business Central to support daily operations and long-term scalability. - Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams to resolve challenges. - Deliver end-user training and create documentation to ensure smooth adoption. - Conduct UAT, validate workflows, and support version upgrades and enhancements. - Maintain system accuracy and compliance across all functional modules. - Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes within the ERP ecosystem. - Travel to Kuwait when needed for training, system implementation, or operational support. - Work flexible shifts based on business requirements.What You Bring to the Table:- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (2013–2017) and Business Central. - Solid functional expertise in Warehouse and Finance modules. - Ability to understand and document customization requirements, with experience designing solutions from scratch. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business users in a fast-paced environment like e-commerce. - Proficiency in troubleshooting functional issues and guiding users through best practices. - Flexibility to travel and adapt to shifting operational priorities.Why Boutiqaat?At Boutiqaat, you’ll be part of a dynamic regional e-commerce leader where technology and operations meet innovation.
