We are looking for a dynamic, student-focused Admission Counsellor who can manage end-to-end admission processes, handle counselling, follow-ups, lead management, and support daily administrative operations at the Rajkot center. Admission Counselling & Lead Conversion- Conduct counselling sessions for students and parents for IIT/JEE, NEET & Foundation courses. - Provide detailed program information, fee structure, and academic paths. - Convert walk-ins, enquiries, and leads into enrolments through professional counselling. - Maintain high conversion ratios through strong communication and rapport-building.2. Lead Management & Follow-ups- Manage and update all leads in CRM tools like LeadSquared, Google Sheets, etc. - Perform cold calling to prospective students and generate interest in courses. - Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups to maximize admissions. - Track enquiry-to-admission progress and maintain accurate lead status.3. Center Coordination & Administration- Coordinate daily operations with academic, faculty, and admin teams. - Assist in classroom scheduling, student batch allotment, and faculty updates. - Handle administrative tasks including documentation, fee collection support, receipts, forms, and records. - Ensure smooth functioning of front-desk operations and student support services.4. Student Management- Manage student queries, batch adjustments, attendance-related support, and routine coordination. - Provide an excellent student and parent experience at the center. - Support in organizing tests, PTMs, academic events, orientations, and seminars.5. Reporting & Communication- Maintain daily counselling reports and share updates with management. - Ensure effective communication across departments for seamless operations.Required Skills & Competencies- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong convincing and presentation abilities. - Good command over MS Office, Google Sheets & CRM tools. - Ability to work under targets and manage high-volume follow-ups. - Positive attitude, strong ownership, and willingness to learn. - Good organizational and time-management skills.Preferred Qualifications- Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred science but not mandatory). - Experience in the education or coaching industry is an advantage, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
