We go beyond tracking and also help people achieve their goals through an expert team of in-house coaches and through science-backed Gabit products - supplements, skincare - that they can use.About the RoleAs a Mid–Senior Performance Marketing Ninja at Gabit, you will take full ownership of scaling our digital growth engine across the Gabit Smart Ring, supplements, skincare, and wellness categories. You will strategise, execute, optimise, and lead performance across key channels while building a predictable, high-ROI acquisition funnel.This role is ideal for someone who’s both analytical and creative, thrives on experimentation, and can lead performance strategy end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.What Your Day Would Look Like:- Own and scale paid marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and high-intent channels. - Build and execute full-funnel strategies — top-of-funnel awareness, mid-funnel engagement, and bottom-funnel conversions. - Lead monthly and quarterly growth planning across budgets, forecasts, and performance targets. - Analyse campaign performance deeply (CAC, ROAS, LTV, MER, funnels) and drive continuous optimisation. - Collaborate with creative teams to drive high-impact ad concepts, video scripts, landing page improvements, and funnels. - Run structured A/B tests across audience cohorts, creatives, offers, and placements. - Guide attribution, tracking, and measurement by working closely with product, analytics, and tech teams (GA4, Pixels, UTMs). - Coordinate with marketplace teams (Amazon, Flipkart) for cross-channel synergy and retargeting alignment. - Present insights, dashboards, and growth recommendations to leadership on a weekly basis. - Explore new channels — influencers, affiliates, programmatic, partnerships — to diversify growth.Say Hello If You’ve Got:- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (D2C, e-commerce, or consumer tech preferred). - Deep expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and strong comfort with GA4, attribution models, and events tracking. - Proven ability to scale paid budgets profitably and manage sizeable monthly spends. - Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights. - Creative judgment — ability to identify winning angles, hooks, formats, and funnels. - Experience collaborating with creatives, product, and leadership for integrated growth outcomes. - Ownership mindset, speed of execution, and a test–iterate–optimise approach. - A genuine interest in health and wellness and excitement to contribute to Gabit’s mission.
