Job Description:Accounting AssociateLocation: Secunderabad (Hyderabad)Role type: Full-time – In office – NO REMOTE WORK (Only local candidates to apply)Company DescriptionAt Provect Consulting, we offer accounting, audit & consulting services for North-Generic Pharma Manufacturers.For our Managed Accounting Services (MAS), we are seeking a finance professional with deep expertise in SAP and pharmaceutical accounting, specifically in managing Gross-to-Net (GTN) accruals, distributor claims, and commercial deductions. The ideal candidate will support accurate revenue recognition, ensure compliance with pricing and discount policies, and streamline claim validation processes using SAP tools.Key ResponsibilitiesGross-to-Net Accruals:- Calculate and post GTN accruals for rebates, chargebacks, discounts, and returns - Reconcile accrual balances monthly and ensure alignment with commercial forecasts - Collaborate with FP&A and sales teams to validate assumptions and true-upsClaim Processing & Validation:- Review distributor and customer claims for chargebacks, rebates, and promotional discounts - Match claims against contract terms and pricing agreements in SAP - Coordinate with commercial and compliance teams to resolve discrepanciesSAP Operations:- Maintain GTN-related master data (e.g., condition types, pricing records, customer hierarchies) - Use SAP modules (FI, SD, MM) to track deductions, validate postings, and generate reports - Support automation initiatives for claim intake, validation, and settlementQualifications- CA, CA Intermediate, or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce - 2–4 years of experience in pharma accounting, with emphasis on GTN and claims - Good command of SAP FI/CO and SD modules; - Familiarity with pharma commercial models - Experience working with SAP - Proficiency in Excel, - Excellent analytical, documentation, and cross-functional communication skillsHow to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume todeepakagarwal@
