You will be responsible for evaluating customer requirements, mapping them toNetSuite ERP functionalities, and leading end-to-end implementation and supportcycles. This role requires strong functional knowledge of business processes, excellentproblem-solving skills, and hands-on NetSuite ERP configuration experience.Position: : NetSuite Functional Consultant ( FC )Years of Experience – 6 to 12 years(lead experience Must)Qualifications – BE/ BTech / / CA / MBA Finance, IT training in systems analysis& design, basic computer operations with knowledge about OS / networking / Cloudsystems, programming methods.Job Location: Baner, PuneWork Mode- 5 days Work from OfficeDepartment: ERP Implementation / ConsultingResponsibilities● Evaluate customer’s business needs and translate them into scalable NetSuiteERP solutions.● Develop detailed solution designs and lead clients throughout theimplementation and post-go-live phases.● Manage the full lifecycle of ERP delivery including design, testing, validation,deployment, and user training.● Prepare detailed functional design documentation and configuration guides.● Create and execute test plans including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing,UAT, and Regression Testing.● Identify and execute data migration strategies using standard NetSuite tools.● Analyze and resolve complex issues related to data, configuration, andprocesses.● Customize system features based on project scope and client requirements.● Deliver hands-on NetSuite ERP training in areas such as chart of accounts, taxconfiguration, multi-subsidiary setup, vendor payments, and bank transactions.● Keep up to date with evolving NetSuite capabilities and industry best practices.Required Skills & Experience● 4–8 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP implementation andfunctional consulting.● Proven experience in:○ Initial system setup and configuration○ Data migration planning and execution○ Master and transactional data setup○ ERP cut-over and go-live planning● Expertise in configuring:○ Company setup, chart of accounts, tax nexus, multi-subsidiary &multi-currency setups○ Vendor payment methods, banking, inventory, and sales modules● Functional knowledge of:○ Sales & Distribution, Pricing, Forecasting○ Procurement, BOM, Production Planning○ Inventory & Stock Management, QA, Returns Management○ Financial Reporting, GL, P&L, Balance Sheet impacts● Experience with:○ NetSuite saved searches, workflows, and reports○ Basic scripting and customization (custom records, fields, forms)○ Integration with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), HRMS, and Payroll systems● Strong experience in testing methodologies and preparing UAT
