You can refer more about us on .Role Overview:As a Bookkeeping Associate – UAE/KSA Accounting, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely financial data to our UAE/KSA-based clients. This position involves end-to-end bookkeeping, VAT compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting using cloud-based accounting platforms. You will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure high service standards and data integrity. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience managing accounting processes for UAE/KSA clients, a strong understanding of local tax regulations, and the ability to handle multi-client environments in a fast-paced outsourcing setupKey Responsibilities:- Handle full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting for UAE/KSA based clients - Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (e.g., Sage, Tally, QuickBooks, Xero) - Transfer Pricing Documentation & Compliance - Process accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports - Ensure compliance with UAE/KSA VAT regulations and filing experience with ZATCA - Understanding of Saudi corporate income tax and zakat regulations - Coordinate with clients for documentation, clarifications, and financial data - Manage payroll, WPS (Wage Protection System), and employee expense claims - Liaise with auditors and assist during audit processes - Stay updated with UAE/KSA accounting laws and regulationRequired Skills & Experience:- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, ACCA, CPA, CA - 3+ years of accounting experience (UAE/KSA experience preferred) - Strong knowledge of UAE/KSA VAT laws and FTA (Federal Tax Authority) compliance - Hands-on experience with accounting software (preferably UAE/KSA- used platforms) - Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.-Job location: Kochi / ChennaiShift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
