Job SummaryWe are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented D2C Sales & Growth Executive to be a core driver of our online revenue and customer acquisition. This role involves executing the daily sales strategy, optimising the customer journey, and ensuring aggressive, profitable month-on-month growth across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience mastering the mechanics of D2C sales in the Beauty, Wellness, or Nutraceuticals space.Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing & Digital Sales Execution- Campaign Management: Execute, monitor, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across key channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to meet daily/weekly sales targets. - Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently, focusing on achieving a healthy Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and controlled Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). - Testing: Design and execute continuous A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign structures to identify and scale successful strategies. - E-commerce Operations: Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless order fulfilment, inventory management, and swift resolution of sales-related customer issues.2. Growth Hacking & Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)- Website Optimisation: Monitor website analytics to identify drop-off points and implement changes to improve conversion rates, Average Order Value (AOV), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). - Funnel Ownership: Own the entire customer purchase funnel, from impression to checkout, ensuring a seamless and high-converting user experience. - Retention: Support the development and execution of email, SMS, and loyalty programs to boost repeat purchases and customer retention.3.
