ID proof (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card)Eligibility:- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) - Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shiftsJob Overview:The Payroll Lead is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees in compliance with Fair Work Legislation, modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, Superannuation and tax regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage end-to-end payroll processes while supporting audits, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.Formal Education & Certification:- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. - MBA in HR or equivalent (preferred). - Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications) - Working Experience of 8-12 years in Payroll in Australia or New Zealand geographyDesired Education & Certification (Either one or multiple):- Preferred Experience Range: 10+ years of relevant experience in Australia or New Zealand Payroll - Certification in any payroll (Preferably Australia) - Ensure delivery and contractual commitments of the HRO are met - Performing all Payroll related activities (Pre and Post payroll)Knowledge & Experience:- Excellent understanding of core process step and impact thereof - Proficiency in Australian tax regulations, Understanding of Australian/New Zealand Payroll legislation & compliance, Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards (NES), Awards & Enterprise agreements, Superannuation Guarantee, Payroll Tax, Long Service Leave etc. - Prepare Payroll data, calculate payroll, Payroll approval workflow, Disburse payroll, Payroll compliance & reporting, Post payroll activities. - Respond to employee payroll inquiries, Enterprise agreement compliance, Manage superannuation, Miscellaneous payroll etc - Ability to properly research, identify, and document a system defect - Ability to understand: - - the client administrative environment - the various Systems being used to process a participant issue - Workflow Management - Understanding of MISBehavioral Attributes:- Excellent communication skills - Excellent negotiation skills - Job Interviewing Skills - Managerial and leadership skills - Analytical skills - Social Media Knowledge - Training Skills - Good analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills.Core Role Responsibilities:- Should have experience in any International Payroll Platform - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Understanding of HR/Payroll systems including interfaces. - Knowledge of Employee Document Services, Policies and Tools. - Knowledge of Leave Administration, data management tools, disability management system and pay practices. - Knowledge of HR process administration. - Analytical Skills. - Entering data in the HRIS related modules - Should be good with MS OfficeWork Conditions:- Occasional extended work hours to meet deadlines. - Ability to work 24*7 shift timings. - Ability to deliver effective training sessions.
