Job Description

Looking for a Tele-Sales Executive skilled in reactivating dormant retailers, understanding reasons for inactivity, and driving orders through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication. Experienced in promoting Pilgrim’s best-sellers, sharing schemes, recommending relevant SKUs, and maintaining accurate CRM data while meeting weekly call and conversion targets.Key Responsibilities• Call retailers who haven’t placed orders in the last 3 months.• Identify reasons for inactivity such as slow movement, margins, competition, delivery issues, expiry concerns, or product knowledge gaps.• Educate retailers on Pilgrim’s brand story, best-sellers, and latest launches.• Share current schemes, margins, and offers.• Recommend suitable SKUs based on store type and past purchase history.• Maintain accurate call logs, retailer feedback, and order status in CRM/Google Sheets.• Coordinate with distributor/sales teams to resolve operational issues.• Achieve weekly targets for calls, conversions, and reactivated retailers.• Share insights on market gaps and competitor activity.Requirements• Strong communication and persuasion skills.• Fluency in Hindi and English (regional languages preferred).• Experience in FMCG, beauty, or pharma tele-sales is preferred.• Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.• Goal-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working with targets.
