The role involves handling day-to-day tasks such as Legal research,Handling complete Trademark/Copyright prosecution including replies to Examination Reports, Filing Oppositions, Counter-Statements, attending hearings and all other processes involved in a Trademark/Copyright Application process till registration and post-registration renewal process, Interacting with clients and handling client accounts for their Intellectual Property portfolios; Good working knowledge of the Madrid System for TrademarksYour mission:• Be a team player! • Work independently, effectively prioritize and manage your time. • Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks; • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and well-coordinated with in the team; • Excellent writing, editing, and managing client portfolios. • Communicate effectively with internal leadership to identify challenges and propose solutions and areas for improvement.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Law is a must; • At least 3-4 year of relevant experience; • Detailed knowledge and understanding of IP laws.
