By working closely with families, the center provides holistic care for conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, and more.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based at our center in Kochi. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders, including addressing related challenges like dysphagia. Responsibilities include creating personalized therapy plans, collaborating with therapists from other disciplines, documenting treatment progress, and working closely with families to support each child's development. The role also involves providing guidance and training to caregivers to reinforce therapy goals at home.Qualifications- Proficiency in speech therapy techniques and experience working with Speech, Dysphagia, and Communication Disorders - Expertise in treating children with Language Disorders and other developmental challenges - Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field - Certification and registration with a recognized speech-language pathology board or council - Prior experience in pediatric therapy or working in a child development center is a plus - Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with childrenSalary: 35000-55000
