Job Title : Executive/ Assistant Manager – Accounting & ControllingObjective :Ensuring accurate General Ledger accounting, establish control measures in the P2P process encompassing, efficient and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions for Operations BU. Lead and guide the team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and resolving complex issues related to General Ledger Accounting & Vendor payments.Responsibilities:- Accounts Payable Process Excellence : - Ensure accurate creditor ageing analysis, payment forecasting, and reporting - Vendor balance reconciliation - Strengthen internal controls to reduce process leakages, duplicate payments, and deviations - Balance sheet hygiene on accounts payable GLs GR/IR clearing & other clearing accounts as per TAT - Intercompany reconciliation including intercompany debit notes- Compliance & Co-ordinationEnsure adherence to all relevant financial regulations, governance policies, and statutory obligations including MSME compliance.Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.- Trouble Shooting:Resolve complex AP-related issues, including discrepancies, errors, and escalated queries from vendors or internal stakeholders.- iVIM Management:Monitor and manage workflows within the iVIm, ensuring efficient and timely processing of transactionsReduce overall deviations in iVIM portal- Reporting:Prepare reports on AP performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and potential issues.Skills and Qualifications:- CWA with min 1-2 yrs of experience - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in SAP - Proficiency in Excel - In-depth knowledge of AP processes, procedures. - Analytical mind set with strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
