Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an In-Process Quality Control professional, based in Sivakasi. The role involves monitoring and evaluating quality during various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with standards. Key responsibilities include inspecting materials and products, identifying deviations from set quality parameters, collaborating with the production team to address issues, and maintaining accurate records of inspections and quality checks. Additional duties may include implementing quality control processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications- Strong understanding of quality control processes, quality assurance practices, and experience with product inspection - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality deviations effectively - Ability to interpret technical specifications and standards related to the printing and packaging industry - Documentation and record-keeping skills, including the use of computer software for maintaining reports - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the production team and management - Prior experience in quality control within the printing or packaging industry is preferred - Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Printing Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline - Knowledge of compliance standards and safety regulations is a plus
