Based on a foundation of accountability, we strive to deliver memorable travel experiences while exceeding customer expectations.Key Responsibilities* Develop and execute sales strategies for new client acquisition in MICE.* Achieve and exceed monthly/annual revenue targets.* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.* Manage the full sales cycle – lead generation, pitching, negotiation & closure.* Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business expansion plans.Key Qualifications* 3–7 years of proven experience in MICE Sales.* Strong understanding of the travel & MICE industry.* Excellent negotiation and contract-handling skills.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to collaborate with internal teams for smooth event execution.* Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.Additional Requirements* Work Location: Chennai / Coimbatore / Trichy (full-time, on-site role).* Travel: Must be willing to travel for client meetings, events, and site visits.* Must have strong familiarity with the regional MICE market.Interested candidates can apply via DM or share their resume at hr@.
