Direction of MGS’s development is paved by its three key pillars, which are Mutual Respect, Discipline and Transparency, which are set as the baseline of every process and operation carried out at MGS.What’s in it for you?o Immense exposure and learningo Excellent career growtho Company of highly passionate leaders and mentorso Ability to build things from scratchPosition: Project ManagerDesignation/Level: AVPLocation: ChennaiRole & Responsibilities:- Serve as the single point of accountability for all assigned insourcing projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. - Address and resolve any issues arising during the project's progress by collaborating promptly with relevant stakeholders. - Foster strong relationships with onshore offices and internal stakeholders through regular meetings, while identifying opportunities for further operational migrations. - Coordinate daily activities and facilitate meetings between clients and MGS officials. - Document meeting minutes, provide required information, and respond to client inquiries effectively. - Plan and execute insourcing initiatives in alignment with project objectives, collaborating closely with the service team. - Organize periodic review meetings with clients and ensure timely provision of necessary information. - Manage project timelines and provide accurate MIS reporting to both clients and management.Required Skills:- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. - Strong expertise in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall. - Familiarity with project management tools like Jira. - Excellent coordination and time management skills.Experience: Min 14 years of experience in Banking Operations - Credit risk Analyst, Credit risk underwritings, Credit Risk rating.
