Please find the JD.Role:- Executive (Ticketing)Location- MumbaiResponsibilties :-1. Handling International & Domestic Air reservations/ ticketing2. Attending queries, PNR creation & management, Itinerary pricing, fare quote, issuing3. Handling reservation & routing experience4. Automated tickets, and answering phone calls5. Update DSR on daily basis6. Ensure on telephony & email SLA’s are met7. Co-coordinating directly with Corporate and reverting on Emails & calls on their queries8. Should have knowledge of travel process of all corporates9. Should have strong knowledge on Air reservations & ticketing prices given any emergency travelling situation10. Provide timely support for any emergency travel related service requirement11. Updated on Air reservations and ticketing as per travel emergency requirements- Minimum 1 year experience working on GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo- Experience in Airline ticketing for corporates- Hands on Experience in PNR issuance, re-issuance, cancellation
