We have started with our first step by launching Investment & Trading platform – Dhan (an Insurance Writer at our organization, we are looking for someone who can work closely with cross-functional teams to simplify complex insurance information and help customers make confident decisions. You will translate policy wordings into clear, accessible, and compliant content that enhances user understanding across all product experiences.Moreover, this role is a strong opportunity to build a deep foundation in insurance content creation gaining hands-on exposure to Health, Life, and Motor policy structures, IRDAI guidelines, and the full lifecycle of content development across product and customer journeys.If you are passionate about Insurance, Financial Services, and making policy information transparent and user-friendly for millions of customers in India, then this is the place for you. This role requires genuine curiosity about the insurance ecosystem and the ability to collaborate with Product, SEO, Design, and Compliance teams to deliver high-quality and impactful content.Expected Responsibilities:- Translate detailed policy wordings into clear plan pages, variant comparisons, riders, waiting periods, inclusions/exclusions, and FAQs. - Write crisp UX/microcopy across user journeys to improve clarity and user decision-making. - Collaborate with Product, SEO, Design, and Compliance teams to produce accurate, consistent, and IRDAI-compliant content. - Create SEO briefs, perform keyword planning, and optimize content for discoverability. - Use analytics to measure performance and continually refine content. - Maintain strong knowledge of Health, Life, and Motor insurance products, policy structures, riders, underwriting terms, and regulatory changes. - Stay up to date with IRDAI guidelines and industry developments to ensure compliance.Expected Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (English, Journalism, Finance, Insurance, etc.) - 4–5 years of experience writing insurance content — Health & Life required; Motor a plus. - Strong understanding of policy documents, IRDAI guidelines, and insurance terminology. - Ability to simplify dense policy language into easy-to-understand content. - Excellent English writing skills with sharp attention to detail. - Experience with on-page SEO, keyword research, and content performance metrics. - Comfort working across multiple teams in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. - A user-first mindset with clarity, accuracy, and trustworthiness at the core of your writing.Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western suburbs).Apply NowIf you believe in making great first impressions and enjoy being at the center of workplace energy, we’d love to hear from you.
