The ideal candidate should be able to lead site teams, resolve issues quickly, maintain quality standards, and ensure all timelines are met without slippage.Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Leadership• Manage and lead multiple sites independently• Supervise, guide, and monitor site supervisors• Ensure tasks are completed as per daily and master schedules• Enforce quality standards and workmanship guidelines2. Coordination & Planning• Liaise with designers, vendors, procurement, and clients• Ensure all drawings, approvals, and materials are available on time• Track daily progress and proactively solve issues• Maintain all documentation and logs accurately3. Vendor & Material Management• Follow up for dispatches and ensure on-time deliveries• Check material quality & quantity on arrival• Maintain material consumption logs4. Client Communication & Updates• Share weekly progress updates• Record all approvals, changes, and decisions• Address site queries professionally and promptly5.
