Job Description:- End-to-end recruitment for open positions assigned, i.e. Accounts, Marketing,HR, Ops & Sales roles. (100% of the role).- Knowledge on job portals like , Indeed and social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, etc. - Should be able to communicate with potential Candidates and give a brief introduction of the company and Job Description. - Sourcing from job portals like , Indeed and social media channels - Job Posting on all the Portals and Social media platforms - Coordination with campus and colleges for their alumni details - Sourcing , Screening and Scheduling interviews for relevant candidates as per the criteria . - Should be able to convey feedback to the interviewed candidates on a real time basis. - Rolling out offers , Negotiating on Salary and having closures for a smooth onboarding.Skills Required- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition of at least 3+ year preferably in a startup or corporate - Excellent communication skills and written skills - Strong Leadership and Managerial Skills. - Problem-Solving Skills. - Interpersonal Skills. - Extrovert - Strong Communication - Ability to connect with people - Enthusiasm to learnRequirements:- Mode of Operations: Work from the Office - 5 Days Working - Timing: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm - Location: Lower ParelBenefits- 5 Days working - Paid LeavesInterview Mode: Face to Face
