Overview:Comviva is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head the integrated domains of Organizational Development, Culture, and Recognition. This role is pivotal in driving a culture of continuous learning, performance excellence, and employee engagement aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Development & Change Management- Lead the design and execution of OD frameworks that enable organizational agility, leadership effectiveness, and high-performance culture. - Diagnose organizational effectiveness using structured OD tools, engagement insights, and people analytics to identify systemic improvement opportunities. - Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to co-create transformation roadmaps that align structure, capabilities, and culture with business priorities. - Develop and deploy change management strategies to enable smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviours. - Build organizational health dashboards and metrics to track OD impact and drive data-informed decisions.Culture Transformation & Employee Experience- Evolve and strengthen the organizational culture narrative by embedding values, leadership behaviors, and purpose into all people processes. - Lead behavioural change and culture activation programs through storytelling, ambassador networks, and experiential interventions. - Design positive reinforcement frameworks—recognition, nudges, and consequence management—to sustain desired behaviours. - Institutionalize signature culture moments across employee lifecycle touchpoints to enhance belonging and engagement.Learning Enablement & Capability Building- Drive capability development as a strategic enabler of organizational and culture transformation. - Conduct Learning Needs Analysis to identify leadership and behavioural skill gaps aligned with business goals. - Oversee blended learning programs that strengthen managerial effectiveness, collaboration, and innovation mindset. - Partner with IT to leverage technology for learning delivery, analytics, and automation. - Promote a continuous learning culture through mentorship networks and internal knowledge-sharing platforms.Recognition & Engagement- Own and evolve the Appreciation & Recognition (R&R) strategy to reinforce cultural values and performance excellence. - Simplify, digitize, and amplify recognition programs for greater reach, transparency, and impact. - Monitor R&R effectiveness through data insights and ESAT correlation.Execution Excellence & Governance- Ensure operational rigor, governance, and compliance across OD, culture, and R&R initiatives. - Manage AOP budgets and vendor partnerships with clear ROI and performance tracking. - Maintain process documentation, audits, and SOPs for all OD and culture programs.Stakeholder Partnership & Leadership Influence- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to embed culture and OD priorities into business strategy. - Coach leaders to role-model desired behaviours and sponsor culture and change initiatives. - Mobilize and empower culture champions and change agents across the organization for sustained impact.Skills & Competencies- Expertise in OD frameworks, culture transformation, and change enablement - Strong understanding of learning methodologies as a lever for behavioural and organizational change - Data fluency with ability to design and interpret organizational health and capability dashboards - Strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and execution excellence - Proficiency in HR technology, learning automation, and digital engagement tools - Creative storytelling and systems thinkingEducation & Experience- MBA/MSc in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field - 10+ years of HR experience with demonstrated success in OD, culture, or change management roles - Proven record in leading organization-wide transformation or culture programs - Exposure to capability development, leadership learning, or L&D strategy preferred - Experience in high-growth or consulting environments advantageous
