Position: SAP SpecialistLocation: ChurchgateCompany: Mafatlal Industries LtdWebsite : OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented SAP Specialist to manage day-to-day SAP entries, PO & Sales Order maintenance, pricing updates, MIS support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong accuracy, follow-up skills, and hands-on experience in SAP modules.Key Responsibilities- Perform accurate data entry in SAP across relevant modules. - Create and update Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders in the system. - Maintain and update pricing, discounts, and other master data in SAP. - Prepare and share MIS reports related to sales, dispatch, and operations. - Coordinate and track dispatch activities with logistics and warehouse teams. - Follow up with transporters/Vendors for shipment status, documentation, and timely delivery. - Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Logistics) for order processing. - Raise requests, forms, or approvals required for order execution. - Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company processes. - Support audits, documentation, and data validation as required.Skills & Requirements- Graduate in any discipline. - 3-4 years of experience in SAP data entry or similar role (preferred). - Hands-on experience with SAP MM/SD module (must). - Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas). - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work under timelines with high accuracy. - Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.If interested, you can share your CV on recruitment@
