Job Title: Graphic Designer Job Overview:We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 5 -7 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually impactful designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various media platforms. This role requires a blend of creative flair, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:Design Creation and Development: ● Develop and produce graphic designs for various projects, including websites, advertising, print media, branding, and corporate identity. ● Create visually appealing layouts, typography, and graphics that align with brand guidelines. ● Brainstorm and conceptualise design ideas for campaigns and projects. Collaboration and Communication: ● Work closely with the marketing, content, social media and product teams to ensure a cohesive visual style across all mediums. ● Communicate design concepts and rationales clearly to team members and stakeholders. Project Management: ● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. ● Provide accurate time estimates for each project and adhere to deadlines. Digital Asset Management: ● Maintain an organized archive of all design assets and files for future reference and use. ● Ensure that all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and as per brand guidelines. ● Play a role of custodian to make sure that all the graphics and creatives are the same across the platform. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 5 -7 years of professional graphic design experience. Experience of leading the projects independently. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work. Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). ● Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.● Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members. ● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ● Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines.Company Link- the Company: Finvasia is a multi-disciplinary, multinational organisation that owns and operates over a dozen brands across financial services, technology, real estate and healthcare verticals.
