This position demands a dynamic professional who combines empathy with precision, strong communication with disciplined follow-through, and a consultative mindset with an execution-driven approach.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & Customer Success- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and digital channels to understand needs and share UniHawk’s value proposition. - Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and manage the pipeline from inquiry to consultation booking. - Deliver exceptional first impressions to clients through proactive communication and service excellence.Sales Operations & Business Coordination- Drive coordination between advisors, counselors, and management for seamless conversion and case progression. - Manage package creation, documentation, invoicing, and CRM updates with precision and speed. - Track follow-ups, meetings, and conversion analytics to support leadership reporting. - Act as a cross-functional link to streamline internal workflows and optimize sales processes.Delivery Operations & Counseling Support- Provide operational support to the counseling and delivery teams for student progress tracking and document management. - Oversee service timelines, scheduling, and feedback loops to ensure consistent client satisfaction. - Assist in onboarding new clients, guiding them through the program journey, and maintaining continuous engagement.Key Requirements- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution; background in business, communications, or education preferred. - candidate has to be from the education background. - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with excellent English proficiency. - Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and client communication platforms. - Self-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
