The Project Manager will lead and orchestrate end-to-end analytical problem-solving programs across multiple client stakeholders. The role ensures seamless project delivery, drives adoption of analytical solutions, and manages teams operating in the client’s ecosystem of decision sciences, data engineering, applied ML, and business consulting. The candidate will be responsible for converting ambiguous business problems into structured analytical workflows using the client's internal structures, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Execution- Lead planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of analytical projects across multi-quarter roadmaps - Translate business problems into analytical charters, hypotheses, and experiment designs using the client's internal frameworks (e.g., Problem DNA, Art of Problem Solving, OBI) - Own sprint planning, backlog management, and scope alignment with client teams. Where systems such as JIRA do not exist, find workarounds through Teams Planners and others - Drive quality assurance across data pipelines, models, and business outputsStakeholder & Client Management- Serve as the single point of contact for client teams (R&D/ medical affairs/ digital/ commercial) - Manage expectations, communicate progress, and influence decisions through crisp storytelling - Facilitate workshops, decision boards, and problem-framing sessionsTeam Leadership- Manage 4–10 analysts decision scientists (possibility of scaling based on performance), and data engineers working in a pod or squad - Coach teams on structured thinking, hypothesis-led analysis, and the client's internal methodologies - Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, iteration, and learningProblem Solving & Thought Leadership- Break down ambiguous, unstructured problems into sequenced analytical workstreams - Guide teams in selecting the right analytical techniques (statistical tests, ML model, experimentation, simulation) - Push innovation through analytical accelerators, reusable templates, and playbooksProgram & Risk Management- Track key delivery metrics: cycle time, throughput, quality scores, adoption, and impact - Identify risks proactively and implement corrective actions - Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and client protocolsBusiness Impact & Value Realization- Quantify impact of analytical solutions through KPIs, ROI models, and business outcomes - Drive adoption of insights through visualization, decision boards, and change management - Participate in growth conversations, roadmap prioritization, and new opportunity identificationRequired Skills & QualificationsCore Skills- 4-8 years of experience in analytics/consulting/pharma delivering multi-stakeholder projects - Understanding of analytics lifecycle, ability to learn technology - Familiarity with statistical techniques, ML use cases, and data engineering concepts - Proficiency in agile project management, JIRA, Confluence, or other PM tools - Excellent communication, storytelling, and client management skills - Ability to work in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments coordinating multiple podsBehavioral Competencies- Structured thinking with first-principles approach - Strong ownership and bias for action - Ability to challenge assumptions and push for scientific rigor - Flexibility to work with global clients across time zones - High accountability and outcome orientation - Excellent communication & storytelling skills
