We recruit for our internal teams and for Canadian employers across healthcare, hospitality, retail, construction, and LMIA-based roles.Key Responsibilities / Job DutiesEnd-to-end recruitment for Visa Master Canada staff and client employersSource candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databasesScreen resumes and conduct initial interviewsCoordinate interviews between candidates and Canadian employersMaintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and documentationSupport LMIA-based recruitment requirements (advertising & screening)Candidate follow-ups and onboarding coordinationMeet monthly recruitment targets and timelinesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionExcellent English communication is a must (spoken & written)Hindi or Punjabi preferred (not mandatory)Ability to work independently in a remote setupWhat We OfferSalary negotiable for the right candidatePerformance-based bonus on recruitment targetsLong-term, full-time remote opportunity
