We represent leading Italian and European brands and operate a signature 40,000 sq. ft. luxury showroom in Hyderabad showcasing high-end furniture and upcoming office furniture lines.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Interior Designer / Architect with refined aesthetics, strong technical mastery, and the ability to translate luxury design visions into precise execution. You will lead design direction, mentor teams, coordinate with international suppliers, and deliver high-detail drawings for luxury projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Direction·Develop high-end interior design concepts, mood boards, and spatial storyboards.·Create luxury layouts for villas, penthouses, boutique offices, and clubhouses.·Ensure designs reflect refined proportions, ergonomics, and Italian residential standards.Technical Drawings & Detailing·Prepare comprehensive drawings including furniture layouts, MEP coordination, civil/structural integration, and joinery details.·Produce tender documents, GFC drawings, and construction detail sets.Italian Furniture Expertise·Understand modular and bespoke systems from premium Italian brands.·Interpret international technical sheets, finish samples, and installation guides.·Coordinate with global suppliers for product selections, dimensions, finishes, and execution.FF&E Curation·Curate luxury FF&E including furniture, lighting, artwork, textiles, rugs, and accessories.·Prepare BOQs, specification sheets, and material boards.Team & Client Coordination·Lead design discussions with architects, HNI clients, contractors, and consultants.·Guide 3D visualization teams to ensure render accuracy.·Conduct periodic site visits to ensure flawless execution.·Review design output of junior designers and CAD drafters.Project Management·Manage project timelines from concept through execution.·Liaise with vendors, carpenters, MEP teams, and international brand representatives.·Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail at all stages.Required Skills·Strong luxury aesthetic sensibility & design refinement.·Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, PowerPoint & Excel, and 3D visualization coordination.·Deep understanding of bespoke furniture construction, modular systems, MEP fundamentals, and structural constraints.·Excellent communication & client-handling skills.·Ability to manage multiple premium projects simultaneously.Qualifications·B.Arch / B.Des / Diploma in Interior Design.·5–10 years experience in luxury interiors (residential or boutique commercial).·Experience with HNI clients and international vendors preferred.·Strong portfolio demonstrating technical and design capability.Why Join Altossa?·Work with world-class Italian and European brands.·Opportunity for global exposure and supplier interactions.·Be part of a rapidly growing luxury interiors ecosystem.·High-learning, high-ownership role with premium clientele.
