Our approach focuses on depth over hype: solving real problems, maintaining transparent communication, and delivering strong ROI through well-crafted software and design.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer with expertise in Web and Mobile applications, as well as Motion and 3D Graphics for a long-term Dubai-based client engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karnal.The selected candidate lead end-to-end design across web and mobile, create high-fidelity interfaces, build design systems, and bring products to life through motion graphics and 3D interactions. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams, rapid prototyping, and crafting visually rich, user-centred experiences that meet business goals in Fintech space.Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Product Design / UI-UX for Web and Mobile - Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite - Hands-on experience in Motion Graphics and 3D visual design/rendering - Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive flows - Understanding of design systems, platform-specific guidelines (iOS HIG, Material Design), and responsive interfaces - Familiarity with modern web stacks (React, Tailwind, Webflow) - Experience in UX research, usability testing, and data-informed iteration - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely with engineering and product teams - Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
