Reporting Near Miss, OPL & Kaizen on regular basis. Hazards (OFI's) Reporting & ensuring compliances for the same. Development of Safety Procedures: Investigation and analyzing accidents to develop standard practices of safety. JCC to be review. Preparation, Positively Participation and coordination for respective of Sub - committees activities, FPSA & SPSA Audit and also ensure 100% compliance of findings with in stipulated time. Compliance & Monitoring of points generated in DCM, Fire Risk Audit & RCN/BCN Recommendation points . Develop and implement best practices for eliminating fatality potential risks.
