The Project Architect will work closely with the Principal Architect to lead architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, including planning, designing, and overseeing construction processes. Responsibilities include preparing design and construction submittals while mentoring junior staff, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.Key Responsibilities Lead project designfrom concept to execution. Manageclient communications and presentations. Ensure the creation of accurate, detailed, and technically soundarchitectural drawings, presentations, specifications, and other construction documentsin compliance with relevant codes and standards for assigned project/s. Coordinatewith structural, MEP, other consultants and vendors. Monitorsite progress and resolve design issues. Supervise junior architectsand technical staff for the lead project/s. Knowledge shareand mentor junior architects and interns in the office. Time managementfor assigned project/s. Maintaindrawing standards and file managementin line with office protocols. Contribute tostudio design reviewsand brainstorming sessions. Explore and incorporatenew technical skillsin ASA studio.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in architecture . Atleast 5+ yearsof professional experience in an architectural firm. Proficiency in: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion (Enscape, V Ray or similar) Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Microsoft Office Suite Must be located in commutable distance to New Delhi, India Strong organizational skills with the ability tomanage time & teamto meet deadlines effectively. Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
