We provide a nurturing, multi-disciplinary environment supported by: Special School Program(10:00 AM – 5:00 PM) One-on-One Therapy Sessions Therapy & Support Servicesin collaboration withStepping Stone Centre , a Centre of Excellence in ABA with 14+ years of expertise We aim to enhance independence, functional skills, and overall development in every child we serve.Working Hours (Part-Time | Contract) Flexible part-time schedules within: Monday to Friday:10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday:10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Exact hours will be mutually agreed based on availability.)Benefits & Work EnvironmentFullyair-conditionedtherapy environment Intercom equipped rooms Dedicatedsensory-friendly spacesfor children with AutismKey Responsibilities (Occupational Therapist) Conductindividual OT sessionstailored to each child's therapy goals and functional needs Assess children using standardized OT tools to evaluate: Fine motor skills Sensory processing Daily living skills Coordination and motor planning Develop and implement customizedOccupational Therapy Intervention Plans Providesensory integration therapy , handwriting support, ADL (Activities of Daily Living) training, and motor skill development Monitor progress, maintain accuratesession documentation , and update therapy goals periodically Collaborate with: Special educators ABA therapists Program coordinators Families, to support holistic child development Educate parents on home-based programs and therapeutic carryover Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and parent consultationsEducational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inOccupational Therapy Registered/ Licensed Occupational Therapist (preferred) Prior experience working with children with Autism or developmental delays is an advantage Strong communication skills (English mandatory; Kannada/Hindi/Malayalam preferred)✅ Key Skills & Attributes Sound understanding ofpediatric OT practices Familiarity with sensory integration techniques Strong observational, analytical, and documentation skills Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environmentLocation Aar-Tas International School for Autism and Special Kids No. 3/1, 3rd Floor, 1st Cross, Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, Phase 3, Banashankari, Bengaluru – 560085Contact for Application Call:+91 81474 48634 Email:aartasinternationalschool@
