In this role, you will manage and optimize our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring seamless organization, governance, and accessibility of digital content across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAsset Organization- Upload, organize, and maintain digital assets (images, videos, multimedia, etc.) within the DAM platform - Develop and implement standardized taxonomy, tagging, and folder structures for improved navigation️ Metadata Management- Assign, update, and maintain accurate metadata for all assets to enhance searchability - Ensure consistency and quality across metadata fields and asset descriptionsAccess Control- Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights within the DAM system - Collaborate with IT to ensure system security, data integrity, and complianceWorkflow Integration- Integrate DAM workflows with other tools and systems used across the organization - Partner with content creators (Omni/GBS/Marketing teams) to streamline asset upload and retrieval processesTraining & Support- Conduct training sessions to help teams effectively use the DAM platform - Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot system-related issuesAudit & Compliance- Perform periodic audits to ensure compliance with copyright and licensing requirements - Stay up-to-date on DAM best practices and industry standardsPreferred Experience & Skills- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field - 3+ years of project management, operations, or DAM-related experience - Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience managing or supporting complex, multi-step processes - Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment - Ability to manage multiple high-volume projects simultaneously - Experience in the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry strongly preferred
