Internshala is seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Associate for our efforts in both traditional SEO and emerging AI-driven search ecosystems (AEO & GEO). In this role, you will be a key contributor to our AI Optimization strategy, enhancing our brand visibility across GenAI platforms while strengthening organic performance across all Internshala properties. You will work closely with product, content, and engineering teams to ensure best-in-class technical implementation and maintain leadership in the AI-led search landscape.What Will You Do?- Initiatives for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives. - Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility across platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and others. - Optimize content for AI summaries, citations, structured responses, and LLM-friendly formats. - Conduct deep SERP and GenAI output analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps. - Manage large-scale keyword research, clustering, search intent mapping, and content strategy frameworks. - Oversee technical SEO audits and collaborate on Core Web Vitals, schema, indexing, crawl optimization, and site architecture. - Strengthen EEAT signals through content refinement, source citations, and authority-building initiatives. - Analyze organic performance, diagnose dips, and drive scalable, long-term solutions.What We’re Looking For:- Minimum 2.5 years of hands-on SEO experience with strong exposure to technical & content SEO. - Deep understanding of GEO, AI Overviews, LLM crawling, and AI-driven search behaviors. - Expertise in tools like GSC, GA4, Semrush & Screaming Frog. - Ability to handle large websites, complex architectures, and high-scale SEO environments. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in diagnosing traffic drops, ranking shifts, and indexing issues. - Experience with schema markup, job posting schema, structured data, and rich snippets. - Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and content teams. - Strong communication and documentation skills. - Passion for learning, experimenting, and staying ahead of AI search changes.Location - Gurgaon, Iris Tech Park, Sector 48 (this is a full-time work-from-office role)CTC - 4 LPA - 6.5LPA FixedStart date - Immediately
