About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 5-10 years experience in strong background in backend development and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will mentor developers, design scalable and maintainable systems, and drive high-level architectural decisions in a fast-paced financial services environment.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions. - Define and implement solution architecture and enterprise architecture aligned with financial services standards. - Oversee sprint planning, manage cross-functional teams, and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices. - Design and develop distributed systems and event-driven architectures. - Implement solutions using Keycloak. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Required Skills:- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development. - Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. - Experience with API Development and Redis. - Architecture Knowledge: Familiarity with solution and enterprise architecture in financial services. - Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage sprints, and mentor developers. - Specialized Experience: Designing and solutions using Keycloak. - Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-level design principles.
