We are a young and energetic team known for deep on-ground research, scuttlebutt insights, and detailed fundamental reports.Role Overview: We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can independently lead projects, plan the design pipeline, and convert research-based data into compelling visuals. A designer who can understand and refine our brand identity, boost brand presence, and bring creativity to every assignment.What You Will Handle:* Convert research data into impactful designs* Lead visual direction across digital platforms* Plan and manage the design pipeline end-to-end* Coordinate effectively with research and content teams* Maintain consistent brand communication* Stay updated with design trends, bring fresh ideas, and help strengthen and evolve the brand’s visual identityWhat We’re Looking For:* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field* 5+ years of professional design experience* Proficiency in Adobe Suite* Proficient with AI-assisted design tools and willing to adopt emerging creative technologies* Strong conceptual thinking and ability to simplify information-heavy content* Bonus: experience with finance or research-focused designIf you enjoy responsibility, bring new ideas, and want to grow with a research-driven team — we’d love to connect.Apply at: career@Subject: Application – Senior Graphic Designer
