As we expand our creative capabilities, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Graphic Designer / Visualiser to lead our design direction.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Senior Designer who will lead the design team at Nive Media.This role requires someone with strong creative vision, hands-on design execution, and the ability to guide and review the work of junior designers. You will be responsible for setting the visual tone for multiple brands, developing design systems, elevating creative quality, and ensuring project consistency across all visual deliverables.This role blends Graphic Design, UI/UX Thinking, and AI-Enhanced Creative Workflows — ideal for someone who can merge design fundamentals with modern creative tools and trends.Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and mentor the in-house design team - Oversee visual direction across digital campaigns, branding, and content design - Create high-quality designs for social media, presentations, websites, and marketing assets - Develop brand identities, visual styles, moodboards, and creative systems - Work on UI/UX layouts for web/app screens (wireframes, page layouts, visual mocks) - Utilize AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) for concept development and visual experimentation - Review and approve team outputs ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment - Collaborate with strategy, video, and content teams to bring ideas to life - Manage multiple projects and ensure timely deliveryRequirements- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design / visual communication - Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (must-have) - Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with tools like Figma/XD - Ability to conceptualize and build brand identity systems - Experience creating high-quality digital and social media creatives - Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney/Firefly/Runway etc.) is preferred - Leadership ability — experience guiding junior designers is a plus - Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling - Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocateWhat We Offer- Fixed salary of ₹50,000 per month - Leadership role with creative ownership and responsibility - A collaborative culture within a growing creative agency - Exposure to diverse brands and high-impact projects - Opportunity to innovate using new-age design and AI tools
