Our next milestone is underway: building Asia’s largest R&D hospital for rheumatology and autoimmune diseases in Kochi.Over the next 12 months we will double our footprint, creating India’s first nationwide rheumatology network and empowering even more patients to regain active, healthy lives.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager located in Kochi (HQ). The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to support the company’s operations and growth. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and improving financial processes. The role also involves leadership duties, including managing the finance team and collaborating with stakeholders to establish and achieve strategic financial goals.Qualifications- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting - Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance - Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends - Leadership skills and experience managing finance teams or departments - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA (Preferred), or equivalent is a plus - Experience in the healthcare sector or managing finances for large organizations is advantageous
